Our People & Culture
The Eagles Team in
New Alamein… Safy Bay
A day of appreciation, team spirit and shared success under the New Alamein sun.
A Day of Appreciation
Our days are filled with hard work, perseverance and ambition. We put our energy into a company that has become an inseparable part of our lives: Eagles Developments.
This spirit starts with our leaders: Mr. Raafat Fangary, Chairman of the Board; Mr. Ehab El Saeed, Board Member; and Mr. Hany Hareth, Board Member.
It extends to our team, the true eagles of Eagles Developments, whose resilience, strength, determination and intelligence drive us forward.
In the Heart of New Alamein
Behind every achievement are administrative and operational teams working quietly, supporting one another, coordinating efforts and following through on every detail.
That is why we brought our team together for a day of relaxation, celebration and appreciation, surrounded by sunshine, fresh air and water at Safy Bay, in the heart of New Alamein.
Knowledge Before Construction
Eagles Developments was not built overnight. It stands on 40 years of experience, credibility and trust.
Our expertise begins with knowledge, followed by construction and development. That knowledge has shaped an internal development system that we apply across all our projects, reinforcing our credibility and our confidence in delivery.
The numbers speak for themselves: Eagles has delivered more than 3,000 residential, commercial and office units.
The Eagles Team
Choosing the eagle as our symbol was no coincidence. We share its resilience, its patience in waiting for the right opportunity and its clear vision of what lies ahead.
Our team reflects those same values: resilience, confidence, consistency and foresight. To everyone who gave their best, kept hope alive, worked through pressure and made the company's interests a priority: thank you.
Partners in Success
Our success is also built alongside strong brokerage partners:
- White Hills
- Key Home
- Yoma Way
- Triple Four
- Property Hills
- Trust
- Aladnan
- Marts
- Home Alone
- Elhayah
- Kimit
Their resilience, achievements and dedication deserve recognition. They are an essential part of the Eagles family.
One Family. One Journey. One Eagles.
Our dreams continue, our achievements grow and our challenges make us stronger. Together as one family under Eagles Developments, we can reach beyond what we imagine.
To our team and our partners, Eagles says: thank you, every one of you.
